10 - 15 years experience as Sales Head with leading companies of home appliances, engg products and components, HVAC, industrial products / equipments, ferrous/non-ferrous products etc.
Having thorough knowledge of Dealer network operations, Distributorship concepts, C&F, handling OEM's
Strong in Sales forecasting, Sales Planning, Product Costing and Negotiation skills.
Develop a strong team of Sales force for setting up Zonal Sales network.
Having ability to initiate Sales promotion activities for boosting business growth
Marketing capabilities for development of new customers, product development, and strong PR
Roles and responsibilities :
Developing new clients, handling existing clients ( All Traders,Dealers and OEM's.)
Prepare Sales Travel Plan in advance for business trips with planned Sales agenda under advice from the Director
Set up Dealer network operations, handling OEM's under guidance from the Director
Sales forecasting, Sales Planning, Product Costing and Rate Negotiations
Develop and train a strong team of Sales force for setting up Zonal Sales network.
Sales promotion activities for boosting business growth, business development and Product development initiatives.
Maintain integrity and work within the framework of company policy while generating business and handling clients.
Assisted by Sales assistants and Co-ordinators. Ensure Prompt and quick response to all enquiries of clients and maximise the success hit rate of converting the enquiries into Orders. Training of the existing team for various Sales and commercial functions.
Follow up with factory/production team for prompt delivery and consistent quality as per client requirements. Make regular scheduled and planned factory visits.
Attend to quality complaints of orders catered, with the help of the production and quality team.
Work out Sales targets for self and evaluate actual performance against targets.
Present quarterly Sales performance analysis of Targets v/s Actuals.
Monitoring receivables, timely C - form receipts and attending / resolving quality related complaints
Work with adherence to ISO related procedures.
Location: Mumbai Head Office
Salary is best as per industry norms.
